Warm almond butter and Coconut Manna slightly and mix together well. Add coconut flour, and 1/2 cup shredded coconut. Add stevia to taste if desired (I used 3 drops sweetleaf stevia.) Stir well. Put mixture in fridge until it firms up. Scoop by rounded tablespoons and roll in reserved coconut.
