2 1/3 C old-fashioned oatmeal (can substitute quick oatmeal)
3/4 C unsweetened applesauce
1/3 C honey
1/3 C soynut butter (may substitue peanut butter)
1 tsp vanilla
3 TBS wheat germ
2 C raisins
1 tsp salt
1/3 C nonfat dry milk
1/3 C Hodgson Mills multi grain cereal
1/3 C water (may add more if desired)

Here is how you make Soynut Butter and Fruit Granola Bars:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Using a food processor, grind up half of the oatmeal. Combine all dry ingredients except for raisins. Using a food processor, chop up raisins (if desired). Add raisins to dry mix. In a separate bowl, melt the soynut butter in the microwave. Add other wet ingredients to the soynut butter and blend well. Combine dry and wet ingredients. Spread evenly in a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes, or until light brown. Slice into bars before completely cool.
