(Dump into a large bowl.) Grind peanuts until uniformly coarse. (Dump into the large bowl.) Grind dates until uniformly coarse. (Dump into the large bowl.) Add chia seeds, flaxmeal and cinnamon to large bowl. Mix to combine. Drizzle honey over mixture. Add peanut butter and cut in with a pastry cutter or fork until well combine. (Can also dump back into food processor and pulse until combined and a dough starts forming.) Add dabs of peanut butter (or water) until dough can be formed into balls. Roll into 1 inch balls and place on small cookie sheet. After all balls are formed, place in freezer for 10 minutes until solid.
