Preheat oven 160C (315F)Line the base of a slice tin (12" x 9" x 3")In a bowl mix the apple sauce, sour cream, cottage cheese and honeyAdd eggs, and beat well. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, protein powder, spices and salt. Return the husks to the bowl.Add the wet ingredients and mix well. If the mixture is very dry add a little water to get a stiff dropping consistancy.Stir in carrots and sultanas.
