1/3 cup packed brown sugar

1 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 cups sugar
1 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/3 cup egg substitute
1/2 of 15 oz can pumpkin
1 cup raisins

Here is how you make Cake-y Pumpkin Granola Snackbars:

Preheat oven to 350.Lightly grease and flour two 9x13 inch pans.Chewy Granola Bar Base:In a large mixing bowl combine the oats, flour, baking soda, vanilla, applesauce, syrup and brown sugar. Lightly press mixture into the prepared pans. Pumpkin Cake Layer:Combine flour and next 7 ingredients (through nutmeg) in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture. Combine applesaucel, eggs, and pumpkin in a medium bowl; stir with a whisk until smooth. Add to flour mixture, stirring just until moist. Stir in Raisings.Spoon batter on top of granola layer. Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the pumpkin layer comes out clean.Let cool for 10 minutes, then cut into bars.
