Here is how you make Cereal Bars:

Preheat oven to 180 deg. Celsius. Mix all dry ingredients. Soften butter and mix with honey. Add the egg, some vanilla extract and incorporate well. Add butter mix to dry ingredients and combine slowly with a spoon. You will have a crumbly mixture. Line parchment paper to a 20 by 25 cm tray, covering sides too. Fill with the cereal bar mix press and level it. Cut halfway along the long side. The same along the sort side every 3.5 cm or so to cut all the bars. Cook in middle position 25 to 28 minutes.
