preheat oven to 350 degrees.toast the english muffin (the more toasted the crispier crust). cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil. place english muffin halves on foil inside up. add sauce, then cheese and toppings. bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes or until cheese starts to look melted and a tad browned at the edges.
