Here is how you make Crispy Coconut Chicken Fingers:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Place chicken strips in a large plastic sealable bag or tightly covered bowl. Add the dressing, kneading the bag to make sure all chicken pieces are covered. Add a little water to dressing if more coverage is needed. Marinate for at least one hour in the refrigerator.Mix together coconut, flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder in a medium bowl. Dip chicken pieces in mixture, being sure to press coconut onto chicken.Place on a 11 x 15 baking sheet.
