2 Flat Out Light wraps (Or other 90-110 calorie flatwraps)
1 chicken breast, skin removed, cut into small cubes
2 green onions, chopped finely
2 tbsp red wine
1 tbsp lime juice (more to taste, really)
sugar (to taste, I used 2 packets of Equal sweetener)
salt (to taste)
oregano (to taste)
paprika (to taste)
shredded mozzarella cheese (as needed)

Here is how you make Lime Chicken 'Taquitos':

- Cut each wrap in half (short side of the rectangle, not long side) so you end up with 4 ?wraps?. Flatten out further with a rolling pin (this step is totally optional!)- Heat up a skillet on med-high heat with a veil of butter (literally just take a stick of butter and lightly rub it over the bottom of the pan), toss in chopped green onions, stirfry for a few minutes until edges begin to brown.- Add in chicken, stiry-fry for a minute. Add in wine, lime juice, sugar, a pinch of salt, oregano and paprika. Continue cooking and stirring until liquid is absorbed (add more water as needed) and chicken is cooked through. Set aside- Spread a thin layer of sour cream and salsa on each wrap. On one end of each wrap, drop a column of chicken and onion pieces. Top with shredded cheese as desired. Starting from that end, roll the wrap inward, encasing the chicken filling snugly. Repeat process for remaining wraps. Place seam-side down onto a baking sheet or pan, sprinkle more cheese overtop if desired, bake in oven until cheese on top is melty and bubbly.
