Add the protein powder and the water, it will be very thick. Stir with a fork untill combine and add the stevia and cocoa powder. Add more sweetener if desired. Chop the almonds well, and add to the protein/peanut butter mix. Combine all the ingredients with hands. It will be rather oily feeling but this is just because of the peanut butter. Roll into 12 balls (a little smaller than a gold ball). They can be frozen for later or refrigerated until eaten. Nutritional info is per ball. A good serving size is two balls for a post workout re-fuel, eaten with some fruit and/or veggies.
