Add to this protein powders, peanut butters, and dates. Add about 1-1 1/2 tablespoons water, using the water from soaking the dates. Blend until well mixed. It should be more dry than tacky. The mixture should be able to hold together after being pressed firmly into a small square glass dish. Cut into 6 even pieces.
