Mix together and stir in the chocolate. In a separate bowl mix the silken tofu, vanilla extract and the vegetable oil. Add this mixture to the dry mixture and knead with your hands to form a dough. Place the dough on a greased baking plate and press flat with your hands to a thickness of about 5-6 cm. Bake in an preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes.
