Here is how you make Low Carb Chocolate Protein Cookies:

Mix flax seed meal, rolled oats, almonds and whey protein together. Added applesauce and peanut butter. I used my Kitchenaid Stand Mixer with the paddle attachement. Mix together. Weigh the dough on a scale and divide the weight by 22. Mine weigh 35 grams per cookie. Measure & roll each cookie. Press flat on wax paper.
