Add brown rice powder, PB2, oat flour and Truvia to a medium sized bowl. Stir until well combined. Add 1 cup of almond coconut milk, stirring well. Add more milk as needed to get a nice, thick ball of dough. Add chocolate chips and stir well. Place dough into prepared pan and flatten with spatula or a piece of wax paper. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours. Cut into 10 bars. Wrap individual bars with wax paper and store in refrigerator.
