Here is how you make Cherry Cinnamon Walnut Protein Bars:

Mix dry ingredients in food processor except walnuts and 1/2 C Almond Flour. Put the later in a larger bowl. Mix the Dry ingredients and add about 1/4 cup water until it forms a ball. Add the ball to the walnuts/almond flour. I use rubber gloves coated with coconut oil and kneed the doe. Then put it between two parchment papers and roll out to under 1/2 inch thick.
