How Do I Make Cinnamon Rolls- 100 calories each?

Here is how you make Cinnamon Rolls- 100 calories each:

There are a couple different ways to do this, and it depends on the day how it works out. However, you do have to defrost the bread at least. Either after the bread is defrosted or a few hours after it has been rising, roll out the dough to a rectangular shape (you can actually get as many as 24 rolls out of it). Once fairly flat, you can either spread the butter across it using a brush or spatula or you can just drop small pieces all around the bread - total should be about 1 tblspn per loaf of bread. Sprinkle with a small amount of Splenda (to cover the whole thing - probably not even two teaspoons full) and then with cinnamon (same amount) and roll up - like a log, and flip down ends (if you want, you don't have to, just cuts better later). Let rise for 30 minutes or a couple of hours, based on when you rolled out the dough. Ultimately, you want the dough to be about wide around as your hand width - at the smallest, but no wider than a normal bread roll at the biggest (it won't cook right if it gets too big). When ready to bake put the oven on 350 and cook for 35 minutes or 400 and cook for 25 minutes.Weird right? Nope, I use 350 if I am cooking them the night before because then I stick them in the microwave until morning when I reheat them with icing, but I use 400 if I plan to serve them right after cooking them. The lower temp seems to keep them softer when they have sit over night. Serve with icing (which is just powdered sugar with a little water and vanilla). --- If desiredServing Size: Makes approximately 12 rollsNumber of Servings: 12Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user JESCHAINKS.
