Here is how you make Mme McG Cinnamon Rolls:

Roll dough out to an 8 X 12-inch rectangle. Brush or rub 3/4 of the margarine over the surface of the dough. Sprinkle with cinnamon and 1/4 cup brown sugar, lightly press down. In a bowl combine almond milk, remaining sugar and margarine. Lightly spray a baking pan with cooking spray. Pour almost all of the almond milk mixture in the pan. Sprinkle the remaining mixture over the dough. Lightly spread to moisten the brown sugar. Roll the dough, jelly-roll style and slice with a serrated knife into 1 inch round. Place rounds cut side down, not touching, in the pan. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm spot for about 45 minutes.Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Remove plastic wrap and place pan in the over. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden. Remove from oven and let cool. Serving Size:?13
