Raisins, .75 cup, packed

Baking Soda, 1 tsp
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Salt, 1 tsp
Honey, 2 tbsp


How Do I Make Raisin Bran Cookies?

Here is how you make Raisin Bran Cookies:

Mix sugars and applesauce together. Add eggs and mix. Add vanilla and honey and mix. Add all dry ingredients except the bran flakes. Fold in the flakes and raisins last. Drop by heaping tablespoons onto lightly greased baking sheet. I use non stick spray. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 or until done. Makes 24 good sized cookies.
