Here is how you make Breakfast cookies/bars:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, grease baking sheets. whisk together dry ingredients and set aside. In another bowl beat butter, peanut butter, brown sugar and honey till smooth. Add egg and vanilla and beat until combined. Add flour mixture and stir until just combined. Gently mix in almonds, pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds and cranberries. Roll dough into balls (about 2 Tbsp) 1" apart, flatten cookie slightly. OR put dough in 13x9 inch dish for squares. Bake until golden brown, about 10 minutes (longer for squares). Cool 5 min.
