Splenda brown sugar blend 1 c.Splenada 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 cup egg substitute 1 tsp vanilla ? tsp cinnamon 1/8 tsp cardamom or nutmeg (cardamom is better) 1 /2 c. whole wheat flour 3.4 c. white flour 1 ? c. white chocolate chips 1 ? c. rolled oats, uncooked How Do I Make Viking Cookies?Here is how you make Viking Cookies: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray cookie sheets with nonstick spray.Measure unsweetened applesauce into large bowl. Add both sugar substitutes, mixing until all is blended well. Add baking powder, soda, salt, egg substitute, vanilla and spices. Mix well. Add both flours in ? c. increments, stirring after each addition. Then, add the white chocolate chips and stir thoroughly. Add oats half cup at a time. Batter may be stiff. Be sure all ingredients are thoroughly mixed in. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto baking sheets, 12 cookies per sheet. Bake at 350 for 11 to 14 minutes.
