Mash bananas, add applesauce & vanilla & mix well. Add oatmeal & raisins - mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. They will burn easily so they need to be watched. I found the cookies weren't GREAT but I think they would be good if they had been flattened out.
