What Are The Ingredients For Fruited Cookies Recipe?The ingredients for Fruited Cookies are: 1 C Firmly packed brown sugar1/2 C Smart Balance light margarine 1 Egg 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1/3 C Chopped Maraschino Cherries 1/3 C Raisins 1/3 C Shredded Coconut 1/3 C Crushed Pineapple, drained 2 C all-purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt How Do I Make Fruited Cookies?Here is how you make Fruited Cookies: Preheat oven to 375 & grease cookie sheet with solid shortening for easy removel.Cream together brown sugar, margarine, egg & vanilla until creamy. Add chopped cherries, raisins, pineapple & coconut to the mixture & blend well. In a seperate bowl mix flour, baking powder, baking soda & salt together then add this to the creamed mixture and mix well. Using 2 teaspoons, fill one with dough, then scrape it off with the other on to the greased cookie sheet. Place dough 2 inches apart. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until lightly browned. Remove the cookies immediately to cooling racks.
