1 Cup firmly packed Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
1/2 Cup regular Splenda to replace the sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1-1/2 Cups all-purpose flour (wheat or white)
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
4 Cups Quaker Old fashioned oats, uncooked
1 Cup raisins
1 red delicious or granny smith apple, peeled and grated

Makes about 48 2inch pieces1. Heat oven to 350 degrees2. Beat together margarine and sugars until creamy3. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well4. Add combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; mix well5. Stir in Oats, raisins and grated apples; mix well6. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet7.
