Add eggs or pumpkin as needed to keep liquid enough to process. Put all in large mixing bowl then mix in the rest of the eggs & spices. Finally mix in flour & almond & flax seed. Put 1/2C scoops on parchment lined sheets. Flatten scoops to cookie shape & sprinkle tops lightly with sugar. Bake for 35 mins at 375 degrees.
