Heat stovetop & place pan (preferably flat square pan). Combine Eggs, Cinnamon, Milk, Salt & Vanilla into a bowl. Beat with a fork or wire wisk. Spray some pam on your pan. Dip the bread on each side and place onto your pan. Repeat for the remainder of the batter.
