Here is how you make Easy Healthy Granola:

Combine all ingredients (except coconut oil spray) in a large bowl. Mix well.Lightly coat a cookie sheet with one spray of coconut oil. Spread the oat mixture evenly and cover it lightly with one more spray of coconut oil. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes to break it up and make sure it crisps evenly.
