How Do I Make Fat Free Granola?

Here is how you make Fat Free Granola:

Dissolve 1 1/2 cups of brown sugar in 1/2 cup of water. Heat in microwave on high for about 2 minutes and stir, heating longer if needed to fully dissolve sugar. Stir in 4 t. vanilla and 3/4 t. salt.Place 8 cups old-fashioned rolled oats in a large bowl. Pour liquid mixture over oats and stir well. Mix in 1 T. cinnamon. Spread out on two large cookie sheets that have been lined with parchment paper. Bake at 275? for 45-55 minutes until lightly browned and crisp.
