Here is how you make Healthy Flapjacks:

Pre-heat oven to 180c / 350f / Gas Mark 4Place dried fruit in saucepan with about 180ml/6floz of water and heat gently over a medium heat for about 5 mins to soften. Then leave to cool and absorb water.Place oats, coconut, nuts, seeds, spices into food processor and pulse together.Add fruit and oil and pulse till well combined and looks moist.Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper and pour mixture into tray. Use the back of a wet spoon to help press the mixture into tray until smooth on top.Place in oven for 20 - 30 mins.Cooked flapjacks should be slightly browned, remove from oven and cool in in the tin.
