Here is how you make Fruit and Honey Granola:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl combine oats and almonds; mix well. In small bowl combine honey, salt, oil, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour over oat mixture; mix well. Spread evenly in 15x10 jelly roll pan or lipped baking sheet. Bake 30 to 35 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Stir in dried fruit cool completely.
