heat oven to 350. mix all ingredients except oats and cranberries in a large bowl. stir in the oats and cranberries.mixture will be very thick and stickyspread dough ino an ungreased 9 x 13 pan -you may need to use wax paper to press the dough into an even layer.bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.we add in some soy protien powder and some fiber powder from time to time- it doesn't change the taste that much. we also mix it up with the fruit- sometimes we add dried cherries, bluberries, or apricots to the cranberries.
