Coat both sides of 4 tortillas with non-stick spray
Lay each tortilla in single layer on baking sheet
Sprinkle sprayed tortillas with cinamon and sugar mix;
1/4 c evaporated cane juice and 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Cut tortillas into wedges with pizza cutter
Bake for 8 mintues. Cool about 15 min.
Fruit Salsa;
Mix all in a bowl
Juice one lemon, remove seeds
1 apple, peeled, cored, and diced
coat apple with lemon juice
then add the following;
1 kiwi, peeled and diced
1/2 pound strawberries, diced
4 ounces raspberries
1 1/2 tbsp apricot jam
chill at least 15 min. and serve together.
