Here is how you make Fruit Juice Shake-up:

1.) Blender - Place water in blender first. Add pineapple, peaches, and strawberries. Puree or liquify to desired texture.Put ice into a 16 0z. cup, or covered conatiner. Add the blended fruit to cup/container. Add sugar (or don't - it's up to you). Close the conatiner, or cover the cup tightly. Shake. Pour into drinking glasses, serve, and enjoy!2.) Juicer - Juice the pineapple, peaches, and strawberries into one drinking cup or shake container. Add water, and stir with a spoon. Put ice into the cup/container. Add suger (or don't - it's up to you). Cover the cup/container. Shake. Pour into drinking glasses, serve, and enjoy!*NOTE* - I have a 16 fl. oz. plastic covered cup from a fair that a lemonade came in. I use that to shake, and then I just put the cap on, stick the straw in and go. It's perfect for a long day.
