1 Cup Red, Seedless Grapes
8 0z Pineapple, crushed or sliced in can
1 Orange
2 Kiwis, peeled

1. Rinse fruit (I use a 1/3 vinegar to water mixture to clean away any pesticides or unwanted particles) for about 2-5 minutes.2. Grind the grains (oatmeal, flax seed, nuts, etc.) into a fine mist. I use about a cup of mixed grains I grind myself. Set aside.3. Crush about 40-44 oz. of ice. Set aside in a large bowl.4. Peel, slice, remove seeds from fruit as needed.5.
