2.5 scoops Lean Dessert Chocolate Protein powder. (Your favorite chocolate protein powder will likely also work. Keep it lower cal and carb.)

1 tsp Pure Vanilla extract.

How Do I Make PrairieHarpy's MegaChocolate Protein Fudge?

Here is how you make PrairieHarpy's MegaChocolate Protein Fudge:

Melt chocolate and butter in saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally until just melted to a smooth blend.Remove from heat, let cool for 1 minute, then add the rest of the ingredients.STIR STIR STIR. It will seem impossible at first, but if you keep at it, I promise you will end up with a nice chocolatey fudgy texture. Switch hands now and then to get resistance training in both arms. :)Now you can put the whole thing into a tupperware container in the fridge and just take a spoonful out once a day, or you can shape it and put it in the freezer to make really decadent fudge pieces. Or you can refrigerate and then shape and freeze. That might be a little easier. The longer it sits in the cold, the better it gets! This is NOT a low calorie food. Eat it in moderate amounts and preferably only when you need a protein bump or are just dying for some chocolate.I find the Lean Dessert adds a creaminess that other protein powders don't, but not so much that using your own preferred brand will ruin anything. Be experimental!Number of Servings: 12Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user PRAIRIEHARPY.
