Here is how you make Gluten Free Flourless Garlic Pepper Rosemary Crackers:

Blend almonds, sunflower seeds, flax seed meal, peppercorns and rosemary until seeds become a fine texture. (Vitamix or similar blender works the best) In a separate bowl, blend olive oil, garlic and egg until incorporated, then add to blender and mix. Remove from blender and form into a ball. Place mixture between 2 sheets parchment paper and roll out to 1/8 inch thickness. Lightly coat a baking sheet with oil and cook at 300 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes or until edges are brown and center is crispy. Break into cracker sized pieces.
