1.5 bunches kale (I used Lacinato, its a bit sweeter), nutritional yeast flakes (KAL is gluten free), cashews, red bell pepper, half, sea salt. Optional Agave or Medjool date for sweetness.

Here is how you make "Cheesey" Kale Chips, Gluten Free:

Soak cashews for a couple of hours. Wash kale and remove tough stalks. De-seed the red pepper drain off your soaked cahshews. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend well.Pour sauce over kale and lightly toss.Bake in 300F oven for 20 minutes, flip kale and then bake an additional 10-15 minutes. Check for doneness and adjust baking time as necessary. You can also bake in a 200F oven with the door ajar. It will take longer, but the results are closer to that of a dehydrator.Watch the kale carefully. Burnt kale stinks! Plan on babysitting your oven till done.
