Here is how you make Chewy Granola Energy Bars:

In large bowl mix together dry ingredient excluding the sugar. Make sure all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.In a medium saucepan, add jam, honey, sugar, and margarine. Bring to a boil and boil 2 minutes.Pour hot mixture over dry ingredients and mix well making sure all ingredients are coated with sugar mixture.Press into 16x20 inch pan, and cover with wax paper and roll out into pan with rolling pin until thoroughly packed and smoothed out.Cut bars into 1 1/4 inch by 4 inch pieces.
