Combine honey and peanut butter in a large, microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 20-30 seconds. Mix together well.Combine the remaining ingredients. Add to the honey-peanut butter mixture. Combine well. Batter should be sticky. Add 1 Tbsp. Water if too dry, or 1 Tbsp. Oats if too wet. Press into a 9”X 13” pan. Bake at 350 degrees until just barely brown - about 19 minutes.
