1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup agave nectar
1/4 canola or olive oil
1/2 cup chocolate chips or carob chips
1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts

Here is how you make Gina's Granola Bars:

Mix first 2 ingredients together well. Add chocolate chips and walnuts, mix until incorporated.Spread onto cookie sheet, pushing down until 1/4 inch thick (or less). Square up. Using knife, cut into bars, 2 x 5 inches. Put in oven, cook on 350 degrees for 10-20 minutes, until a nice golden brown color is on the edges. Separate and enjoy.
