3 T Soy Protein Powder (I used Genisoy)
1/8C creamy Peanut Butter ( I used Smucker's Natural)
1/8C Brown Sugar
1 1/2T Margarine (I used Blue Bonnet Light)
1 1/2 T Honey
1/2 tsp Vanilla

Here is how you make Cranberry Raisin Walnut Granola Bars:

1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. 2. Spray a pan with cooking spray.3. Mix first 8 items together in a bowl (dry ingredients)4. Whisk together in a small saucepan, Peanut butter, Brown sugar, margarine, honey, and vanilla5. Cook over low heat until brown sugar is melted, (do not overcook) 6. Pour wet mixture over dry ingredients in bowl and mix well.7. Press into Pan sprayed with cooking spray (make sure to press down good to hold it together)8.
