Here is how you make Cranberry Vanilla Granola:

Mix oaks and nuts in a large bowl. Mix honey, salt, cinnamon and vanilla in a suace pan. Heat to disolve and blend. Pour over the oat and nut mix. Spead on a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes to allow for even roasting. Let cook and add the cranberries.
