Makes 24 squares.Combine spelt, oats, ground almonds, flax seed meal, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Set aside.In a small saucepan combine diced apricots, water, lemon juice. Simmer gently for 8 minutes.Add agave syrup to saucepan. Stir and heat another 2 minutes.Add apricot mixture to dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly.Press evenly into a baking sheet or pan.
