Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spread oatmeal and almonds on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Toss. Bake again until lightly toasted, approx. 5 minutes. In a large bowl combine honey, oil, cinnamon, salt, and cloves. Add the warm oats/almonds and toss well. Place on parchment paper and bake 20 minutes.
