Spread oil across the surface of the pan to keep the granola from sticking. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, then place in thin layers (1/2 inch deep) in a baking pan. I use 3 pans in the oven at a time. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in a roasting pan stir occasionally.
