Mix everything together (except dried fruit) in a large bowl. Preheat oven to 375 and pour mixture onto a baking sheet. Spread out evenly in one layer. Bake for 30 minutes, turning and tossing the granola with a spatula every 5-10 minutes. Add dried fruit (I used craisins). And cool to room temperature. Store in container with a lid.
