Quick, easy, and tasty. I used a combo of fresh ground allspice/nutmeg/clove, not pumpkin pie spice, but it works out about the same. There is no oil/butter in this recipe, unlike most, because I generally always eat my granola with yogurt, which adds moisture.

Here is how you make Quick and Simple Granola:

Preheat oven to 300* and line a baking sheet with parchment.Combine in large bowl everything but whites and sugar. Mix well. In small bowl, beat whites until frothy. Add sugar, and beat to dissolve/combine. Pour over granola and mix well, with hands.Pour onto sheet tray (or two, if using standard cookie sheets) and spread to even out.
