Preheat oven to 275Mix all the dry ingredients (except cranberries) in a bowlMix all the wet ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl, microwave until it's bubblingDrizzle the liquid mixture over the dry mixture, stir thoroughly.Add cranberries to the mixtureSpray nonfat cooking spray on a baking sheetSpread the granola out on the baking sheet. Use your hands to form clumps so that there are no cranberries standing alone (they will burn).Bake for about 30 min. Since there is nothing in this that can't be eaten raw, you can take it out whenever it has the texture that you prefer. If you like it extra crispy, you will need to pull it out halfway through and turn the granola over so it doesn't burn on the bottom.I can typically pull 8 handfuls from one batch, so I put 1/8 of the recipe as the serving size.
