1.5 oz dried unsweetened cranberries
1/2 cup natural apple sauce
1/3 cup Maple syrup
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds, crushed
1/3 cup almonds, crushed
6 tbsp hemp seed

2 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract

Here is how you make Hemp Energy Bar:

Makes 30 small squaresToast oats in the oven on a flat sheet at 300F. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl, and add oats once toasted (10 mins). Transfer to a 9x14 baking pan and use another pan to press the mixture in very well. This is important in order to make sure the bars stick together. Bake in the oven at 275F for 20 minutes, then allow to cool for 30 minutes before removing from the pan.
