Here is how you make Homemade Protein Bar:

Nutrition Facts -Calories 315 16.5%Fat Calories 220 37%Fat 25 38%Carbs 12 4%Protein 17 34%_______________________________________________1. Mix 1 Tbps. peanut butter with 1 Tps. Cocoa powder2.
