1 tbsp flax seed (optional)

Preheat oven to 300 degreesMix oats, almonds, brown sugar, saltn flax seed and cinnamon together.In saucepan warm oil and honey, whisk in vanilla.Carefully pour liquid over oats mixture with wooden spoon. Spread granola on a 15 x 10 pan. Bake 40 minutes - stir every 10 minutes.cool completely, these items are optional , raisins, dried cranberries or any other dried fruit , add after it has been baked if desired.. Put in airtight container. Good for 1 week or 3 months frozen.
